Changes to our Equine Services

Dear Valued Client

Over the years, we have had the privilege of servicing your equine veterinary needs for equine patients, and we are sincerely grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in us. However, after much consideration we have come to the decision to transfer the equine service from Hawkedon Vets to our partners Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic. This change to our equine service will be starting from 1^st August 2024.

Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic have already been in attendance for any emergency or out of hours call outs on behalf of Hawkedon Vets, though from 1^st August, they will also be taking on our full equine service. Therefore, from 1^st August 2024, if you require equine veterinary care, please call Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic on 01787 269006.

Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic will have access to your data to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website.

Should you not wish to be transferred to Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic after 1^st August please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s)/animals’ clinical records to ensure a smooth transition to an alternative veterinary care provider.

Whilst we appreciate this news may come as a surprise, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation for your understanding during this transition, the team have always enjoyed getting out and about, getting to know you and your horses.

We would like to confirm that there is no change to our Small Animal veterinary care service which will be continuing as normal, therefore, we hope you will continue to use our services for any companion animals you may have.
